Membership and Cancellation Policy
SEA ASSIST membership provides members with full access to seaassistbda.com and subscription, in electronic format.
Membership fees are billed annually depending on the membership term a member selects. Members who register and pay online via credit card have the option to have their memberships renewed automatically upon expiration. A member may request to decline to renew his membership by contacting the SEA ASSIST or by making the request via his user account. Our contact information is listed at the bottom of every page on seaasssitbda.com.
Membership fees are as follows:
- Basic membership: $299
- Premium membership: $399
Memberships cannot be canceled and fees will not be refunded before their expiration date.
Refund Policy for Online Event Registrations and Add-On Services
- Online event registrations and Add-On Services are fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued if canceled 30 or fewer days before an event is held.
- Any exceptions to the above policy will be included in the “cancellation policy” section of a specific event registration form, which will be clearly displayed before making payment. In most cases, the cancellation policy will be identical to the terms stated above.
