Membership and Cancellation Policy

SEA ASSIST membership provides members with full access to and subscription, in electronic format.

Membership fees are billed annually depending on the membership term a member selects. Members who register and pay online via credit card have the option to have their memberships renewed automatically upon expiration. A member may request to decline to renew his membership by contacting the SEA ASSIST or by making the request via his user account. Membership fees are as follows:

  • Basic membership: $299
  • Premium membership: $399

Memberships cannot be canceled and fees will not be refunded before their expiration date.

Refund Policy for Online Event Registrations and Add-On Services

  • Online event registrations and Add-On Services are fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued if canceled 30 or fewer days before an event is held.
  • Any exceptions to the above policy will be included in the “cancellation policy” section of a specific event registration form, which will be clearly displayed before making payment. In most cases, the cancellation policy will be identical to the terms stated above.
